On this page

http://www.broadband.bt.com/tellafriend/

It reads...

“When your order is installed you will to claim your Sainsbury's Gift Card, but don't worry, we will send you a special 'Tell a Friend' email on this. You don't need to claim until BT Tell a Friend sends you an email telling you to.”

Now the tellafriend scheme is obviously a key thing for those that have gone down this route and when seeking information the last thing you would expect is misleading information which can occur with typos like this...

I have taken a guess as to the correct sentence here – maybe just a missing “have”…

“When your order is installed you will have to claim your Sainsbury's Gift Card, but don't worry, we will send you a special 'Tell a Friend' email on ("regarding" would read better here) this. You don't need to claim until BT Tell a Friend sends you an email telling you to.”
