Just got email upgrade to Entertainment Plus. In small print at the bottom of course it says must have Infinity, which of course I don't have as its not available, as despite the public subsidy for the area upgrade openreach could meet its targets without providing an improvement for rural properties, and of course as monopoly provider it makes no commercial sense.
So why can't BT Retail use information systems better to only target customers to whom it is relevant, and not **bleep** others off more.
