community project in st helens

hi its not a complaint, but a question is there any chance you could put me in touch
 with some one please who could help , I am a member of Astons green community allotments
 in st Helens, were we have a project planned for a outside shelter, were it would help
 the sow/grow/and /eat program in partnership with st Helens council,
 for the local children ,were  we are in need of 3 to 4 telegraph posts  donated if possible
 and deliverd , were we could saw them in half and use them for the posts of the planned shelter
