Sport subscription

I would like to cancel my BT Sport/TNT Sport monthly subscription but can find no way of doing it in My BT or Manage My Account. Where is it?

If you're an BT/THT Sport app only subscriber, try cancelling via the Discovery+ app.

THanks for this Robbie, but my question is where on the website is the cancellation option, or is there -- as I increasingly suspect -- no cancellation option.
I do not have hours to spare to wait for a call to be answered and to go through multiple layers of Option dialling only to lose the connection after 50 minutes.

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry if the option to cancel isn't showing online. The quickest way to get this sorted is by calling the number @RobbieMac has posted.

If you don't want to call that number, I can give you a hand getting that cancelled. 

We do have a number of cases in our queue so it will likely be a day or two before we'll able to get back to you.
