OK thanks. So it seems your device is reporting that it doesn't support the encryption that our content uses, however that would be surprising.
We've got a couple of things to try, and we're also going to put together some self-help for this in future, however for now, would you mind please checking this web site using the Edge browser on your Windows PC?
https://bitmovin.com/demos/drm
Towards the bottom of that page you'll see something like this:
It's specifically playready that we need to confirm works OK. Is it ticked for you?
Thanks, no only widevine is ticked. playready, primetime and fairplay are not.
Edge is updated to the latest version automatically, currently 100.0.1185.39
I've also tried enabling it in edge://flags and restarting the browser, but still showing as unsupported.
OK thanks, so that at least matches our investigations. Could I ask you to try disabling Widevine and restarting? It's a long shot, but there have been some reports that with both PlayReady and Widevine enabled, some systems fail on both.

It's also worth checking edge://gpu to see if PlayReady hardware DRM is enabled.
No joy after disabling widevine.
In edge://gpu I see that:
Version Information:
Command Line = ... --enable-features=msPlayReadyWin10 ...
Media Foundation Rendering Capabilities:
PlayReady Hardware DRM disabled = true
Yeah, not sure the last day i used it, but it worked fine when whenever that was.
could it be:
