Still have EE mini Hub from last fault a few weeks ago.
Please reactivate so we can get some sort of semblance of a service.
I also require you to check your records & confirm the number of faults on the line over a 3 year period and the number of engineer visits so I can take this further.
Please advise who I contact to make an official complaint.
Hi @mrunhappy1, if you log the fault the mini hub should get reactivated as part of the journey.
Once your case is picked up from our queue we'll be in touch to help you and log your complaint and provide information on your fault history.

Let you know when the fault should be repaired or booked an appointment with you?
