Fibre 2 ordered and order complete.
Checked and the router is still capped at 55/10 it seems. It won’t sync any quicker.
Any ideas? I should be getting 70 odd / 15 according to the routers maximum available speed.

Thanks for your posts and welcome back.
Sorry for the problems with your broadband speed. I understand that from the outset you intended to go straight on to Fibre 2 but it was only showing Fibre 1 speeds available at that time. Going by your Hub stats, your line is definitely capable of the Fibre 2 speeds. I'm sorry that the upgrade hasn't made any change to your speed.
There is no need for an engineer to visit as we can remotely change your speeds to the Fibre 2 product from here. I have sent you a private message with instructions on how you can send us over your details and we'll look into this for you. See: Private messages
