Hi all, heres an update. My router has not disconnected however I have noticed the margin has dropped to 5.6 and the max speed is now less than the speed I am connected at. Is this bad?
Nothing to worry about, it'll sort itself out over the next few days.

Would a line test show if my landline was disconnected at the cabinet?

Hi we had another engineer come out who found that we had a short circuit on our line. He went to the cabinet and sorted it out. The phone now works and the broadband has been very stable at 62mbps 🙂
