BT (or openreach ) spent several weeks installing what I was told was full fibre in my block of flats, they installed little white boxes above every single flat door. This was about 6 months ago and for the last 5 weeks, every week I have received a leaflet from BT telling me that I can now have full fibre, it shows the packages, speeds and costs.
When I go online to sign up it shows only old broadband deals with slow speeds, I have put in my address and still the same. How can I go about actually buying full fibre broadband? Is it really available or am I being bombarded with junk mail that's not even relevant?
