Was wondering if anyone has ever experienced this before. I have a smart hub 2, blue light is on but my internet connection is very slow! I have a download speed of 140mb but my download speed is sitting at 0.07, strange?
Do you have a dial tone on your phone?
Post the hub connection stats from advanced settings/technical log/information.
