2 MyBT accounts

I have 2 accounts listed to the same email address on MyBT.  Only 1 is active.  How can I remove the inactive one so that I can see the details and make any changes on my active account?

Hi, @StuWaters thanks for posting, I can help get the inactive account deleted and I'll send you a private message so you can send over your details to the moderation team. In the meantime, you should be able to toggle between the accounts in MyBT to allow you to manage the active account.
