So it appears my BT account has been compromised and an Xbox ultimate pass ordered. I'd love to admit I'm digitally aware but I'm most definitely not so this came as a shock. I've gone in to my account this morning and changed my password. I've also cancelled the subscription - looks like scammers will have access up to 21/10/2023. Hopefully I won't be charged the £10 it mentions in the email. Incidentally this came through around 02:00 GMT.

@CAJOS that's not good, you did the correct thing by changing your password and that should secure your MyBT account. I can see from your other post that customer services have refunded the £10.
