I've received text messages and emails saying I'll receive a email soon letting me know how I can use my digital reward cards but still haven't received a email or text

has the cooling off period expired after date of installation? have you paid first bill?

There has been a well documented issue with the virtual reward card
Hopefully BT have stopped blaming purecard ( the supplier) and seem on top of it
It normally takes 30 days after activation.
