Just to check, have you paid the first month's bill? Also, did you select self-installation when you ordered? 

Can you try and claim your reward on the Claim your BT Reward Card page?

  • Hi I’ve paid my first bill and it was self installation and I’ve claimed my card on the 7th of October and received a email on the 28th saying they send it over shortly

I've received text messages and emails saying I'll receive a email soon letting me know how I can use my digital reward cards but still haven't received a email or text

has the cooling off period expired after date of installation? have you paid first bill?

There has been a well documented issue with the virtual reward card 

Hopefully BT have stopped blaming purecard ( the supplier) and seem on top of it

It normally takes 30 days after activation.
