that’s what I did and there saying the 7th of December so hopefully I’ve got onto them enough
just a quick update I’m now being told to wait another 30-40 days from today so once again being lied to about getting it on the 7th of December

Im in the same boat ive phoned bt ive phoned the card people the card people promised it would be with me in 7 days but again ive checked today and still not got it.
Bt are getting a joke im so tempted to go to the press about this company I had a issue just before covid with a free gift from BT posted on here and a director of the business contacted me about it a.d resolved the issue after about a week but still didn't get the free gift as promised by him but I did get it instead of 14 days it took 3 months I didn't knlw what was being delivered as I had forgotten about it with being so long to deliver.
I am calling the companies again today and I am going to threaten legal action cos ive had enough
Think we need too i threatened them last time when I was offered a free Xbox with my contact and kept getting emails saying I wasn't eligible I proper raged on here about it too and I got contacted by someone from bt think a director or someone and he looked into it took about a week to listen to phonecalls etc then got back to me as promised and he organised it for me but it didn't arrive in the scale he said though I had forgot about it cos it took that long then I got it the week we went into lock down lol I lost my job on the Friday due to cover following Monday morning 730am knock on door and xbox left outside least I had something to do lol
We need this sorting im calling bt and purecard today will update there excuse later
