Thanks for your quick response yes I claimed in the 20th of October, I have spoken to purecard who says they have not reviewed an order and I spoke to bt who said it would be resolved in 7-10 days and that was in November @Katie_B
Purecard told me that too after alot of messing about etc back and forth dont believe what purecard say and be vary cautious to listen to bt too its a long battle going back and forth to each of them
My update on the matter its sorted I got my reward but not the purecard that I was promised I received something different which I was happy with I won't post it publicly on this forum but I got my reward via a different way so im all sorted
I've also not received my card. I also had not engineer to set mine up I'm well past my 30 days

I also haven't received my £150 reward card! Fibre broadband install was on 24/10/25. Applied for the reward card on 9/10/25. I'm just getting fobbed off with everyone on the live chats and calls telling me I will receive it after 30 days. Then it was 35 days. It's now 53 days!! Purecard have told me they have received nothing from BT and they've raised the issue with them. This was 2 weeks ago at least and nothing back.......
