BT reward card

My broadband was activated 10th April and have received a number of emails and messages telling me to claim my £50 reward card, but each time I try it just takes me to to My BT home page and no further, and the phone number isn’t recognised….any help would be great.

Hi @Jstavros7, sorry you can't claim your reward online. Get in touch with us on the 'Message now' option on this page: Broadband | BT Help and one of our guides will be able to claim this for you.
