Broadband renewing
So I went through the process of renewing through the my bt app as paying 275 for three months out of contract got to the end and it sezs u have to pay with direct debit well the account holder is my mother and I’ve been paying as it’s my broadband so I pay for the phone and broadband using PayPal is there a way to bypass direct debit and still pay 3 monthly also I notice now the phone add on is called unlimited calls for 12£ month is this a one off per month or is it like before where you paid for the calls u make but it’s the same price all the time if I can’t bypass direct debit can I pay using my details even if the bt account is in my moms name same surname

Anyone can pay the bill. It does not need to be the account holder.

Are you really paying £275 per 3 months (£91.67/month) for your Mother's broadband and phone service?
If so, you urgently need to either negotiate a better deal with BT, or move broadband provider. New customers of ISPs are typically offered deals at around £30/month with another £3/month for a phone service. You might not get this with BT as an existing customer but you should be able to get something like £40-45/month, albeit on a 2 yr contract.
