I switched over to BT in March and still haven’t received my rewards card. It says I’ve claimed it on the 18th of March in rewards history but when I check the rewards tab there is nothing? I have emailed so many times I’ve lost count and had no resolution yet please can someone look into this?

I'm sorry if you haven't received your Reward Card after claiming it. If you take a look at - BT Reward Card
It states "If you have claimed your card via BT and your virtual card email hasn't arrived within the period stated under ‘How do I claim my BT Virtual Reward Card’, please contact the BT Reward Card Service team on 0344 879 1068† or email bt@purecard.com".
Have you been in touch with Purecard and if so what did they say?

Yes I have done this on numerous occasions so many in fact that I can’t bare to go through my emails to see the exact number but I have had possibly one or two replies over a 3 month period of trying to contact at least once a week and all you really get back is the generic “ Thank You for contacting BT Rewards.
We have received your email and will aim to reply in the next 3 working days.
