Bt rewards card

I got an email to claim my bt reward card but when i hit on the link and log in to my bt there is nothing there?

Hi @Kylieeo24 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. Do you have more than one account number registered to your MyBT account? If so try switching between them on the drop down option.
