Hi, Like many others I have been trying to claim my reward card - I get a message saying 'Error - try again later'.
After several texts and emails from BT asking me to claim, this is a little frustrating. My broadband service went live today.
Also finding it hard to associate my 'account' on the main BT website. I had a confirmation page confirming account would be live after 5 mins (having entered the texted PIN) - but each time I try to access it says 'You don't have any accounts to mange'

I am sorry that you are unable to claim your reward card yet. As your service only went live today, it's possible that the order hasn't fully closed off yet. I'll get my team to take a look into this for you and see about claiming it for you. You can reach us by replying to the private message that I sent you.
