Compensation

I had no WiFi for over a month last month it was fixed and still now I'm waiting for compensation which was ment to be added to next bill which that was the 19th May and I'm still waiting

Hi @kbest58939, sorry you had a fault with your service and are awaiting compensation. 
We would credit you with compensation if the fault was a total loss of service and you should receive this within 30 days of the fault been fixed.
