Trying to access content partners, i have no options displayed.
I have no access to a closed account and my live account shows nothing .
Would like the game pass , anyone ?

try phoning CS 03301234150 or try billing https://www.bt.com/help/contact-bt/account-and-billing/broadband and they should be able to close old account which should then enable you to access account partners using pc/laptop not using app
Hi David, yes its been a while and trouble free.
I spent 1 1/2 hours on the phone sunday morning with customer support and they tried their best but i still cant activate the actual game pass, i can get right through to the last click box where you accept the terms etc but it wont go any further than this , it seems to be a loop.

From there i can go back to my products page and try again.
Yes many times, still the same.
