I have a £50 BT digital reward card which is well within it's expiry date but I cannot claim it. When I try to do so it sends me to the BT log-in page, and I can log in but then it takes me straight to a message that either shows no reward current or previous of says the page is not available. Customer services said that they would sort it a week ago but nothing has happened. Can anyone help please?
