I do not have a ‘content partner’ section on my BT therefore am unable to add my Xbox games pass which I am eligible after signing up to broadband. From reading previous posts it may be because I seem to have 2 accounts linked to my bt ID but I can’t remove the old one. Can anyone help? I’ve been on phone calls and instant messages with bt support but not working.?
