After recently experiencing BTs appalling customer service once again … including promise to call me on specified date and time … why is it so difficult to place an order to add TV to my broadband product?
And why do you have to wait for an eternity to speak to a human being… only to be let down once again?
If anyone from BT actually monitors this community please respond.

You would not be the only person who has posted in the wrong place. Perhaps you had multiple tabs open?
Luckily @licquorice , one of the CLs (Community Leaders), moved your forum post out of worldwide public view.
I would be cautious of any calls you may receive, from someone pretending to be from BT, as they may have had chance to copy your details from this forum, during the time it was on public view.
Its likely to be a few days before a moderator contacts you, and would normally confirm their identity.
