I purchased BT Fibre 100 through Quidco and BT on 14th March 2023 and my purchased tracked fine.
BT Openreach came to do external work to my property in April so I could have fibre installed and a BT engineer installed the internal work on Tuesday 2nd May and I have now gone live. However, my BT Cashback is showing as declined now which I can’t understand as I have only just gone live with my 24 month contract.
The Quidco message says ‘Unfortunately your purchase has been declined by BT Broadband’ I don’t know if this is anything to do with the backlog BT had to get my fibre installed but I followed all the rules in the cashback T&Cs.
Please can somebody look into this for me? @DanielS I saw a previous post where you were able to resolve the same issue for a customer, if you could help me it would be greatly appreciated.
