Good morning
I have the same problem , I can’t see the content partners tile when I visit ‘my products’.
I have multiple accounts shown connected to my BT ID even though I contacted BT and requested their closure and set up a fresh BT ID with their assistance.
Is this why I can’t see the content partners section?
I called BT on Wednesday and was told the Xbox team would call me back within 48 hours but I didn’t hear anything.
What do you suggest I do?

Thanks for posting about your BTiD. You mentioned setting up a new one. How did the older accounts get added to that? Did you try setting up the BTiD using only your new account?

i find it all a bit odd. I setup a new BT ID via online chat support. Using a new email address that I’ve never used on BT platform before.
Then I was surprised to get an email to my old email address informing me that I’d updated some details on my new one and I was also surprised to see that I can view my new Bt account and two old ones all on the new BT ID. I thought I was having a clean break from the old ones but they are still there. I asked BT to delete the old ones but they haven’t.
Any thoughts?
