I'm also having problems claiming my reward card, whenever I log in it takes forever to load up and when it eventually finishes the screen is blank??
Please can someone contact me so I can get this completed?

Hi @ghoadley14, thanks for taking the time to speak with me earlier. Your reward card has now been claimed for you.
I've removed the old account now from your BTID. Please would you log in and check that you are now only seeing the new account and post back to let me know.

The reward will be sent to you after the 14 day cancellation period has passed and you'll receive it within 30 days then.
