Refer a friend

I was referred to BT and waiting for my voucher, I have an email 2 months ago now saying it would be sent within 30 days. Neither me or the person who referred me have received our vouchers

I am sorry that you haven't received the vouchers for signing up through the "Refer a Friend" offer.  I understand you received an email 2 months ago to say you'd receive the vouchers in 30 days.
