I had a mobile line with EE and associated the ID with my BT broadband a/c.
I no longer have any contacts with EE how do I disassociate the old ID from my BT a/c?

Hi @Kielty23 and thanks for posting about your BTiD.
I think the easiest way to resolve this would be to delete the BTiD completely so you can set it up again using only the required details. If that suits let me know and I'll be happy to help.
Cheers
David
Sorry @DavidM maybe it’s not a BTiD - I have a GBxxxx number associated with my a/c in respect of EE mobile I now don’t have.
how do I remove this?
@DavidM I am an existing BT customer and an old EE customer. MyBT account has all my broadband details and I have the old GBxxxx a/c number that was linked to my EE phone associated to the myBT a/c.
I would like to remove this if possible from myBT a/c
Thanks for confirming that @Kielty23
I've dropped you a private message so please send over the details and I'll look into this for you.
Cheers
David
Hi @Kielty23,
Thank you for sending in your details. I've removed that old account.
If you need anything else, please drop me a reply through the PM I sent you earlier.
Thanks,
Paddy
Hi,
I also need to delete an old BT id if you could help please? I have a new one with my active account and there seems to be a clash causing issues so want to delete my old defunct BT id. I have been on the phone so many times and not sorted so would love it if it could just get sorted here.
Thanks,
Andy
Hi @abullock1
I am sorry the old BT ID has not been deleted when you have called previously.
To get this looked into please try calling us again and letting the team know the problems you are having with the new account.
The team will be able to check the account and see what is needed to get this sorted. If this involves removing the old BT ID they can do this for you.
Leanne.
