Reward Card

Hi

I have received email from BT on 7th April that my BT Reward Card has been sent to me. When I log in I see "BT Reward Card Dispatched on 7th April 2022" and "Image not Awailable" where picture of the card is expected to be. There are no card details displayed.  Picture is attached for clarification. I am following the instructions here Information about the BT Reward Card | BT Help and I beleive my next step would be to activate the card on PureCard but I dont have any card details. If you could help with this please?

Hi @borand and thanks for posting.

I'm sorry you haven't received the reward card. As the information you've posted shows the card has been claimed you'll need to follow up with our card services team. You can get them on 0344 879 1068 or email bt@purecard.com. Open 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
