Reward Card

Hello 

I am still waiting for my reward card, I claimed it on 12th April and my services went live on 18th April so is has been 30 days. I am unable to track it on my account. I called the reward card line and they said they don’t have any record of my details on their system so can’t help me… I need a VOL number?

I am sorry for the delay receiving your reward card.  I appreciate the time you have spent on the phone with my colleagues trying to arrange this.

We can pick this up for you from here and put you in touch with the team that can process the reward card.  I have sent you a private message with instructions on how you can send us over your details and we'll look into this for you. See: Private messages
