Reward card

I’ve had an email and text to say about claiming my reward card but when I click the link it says nothing is available? Can anyone advise on what to do please?

A recent post from a moderator recommended to try this.

"If you message us from the Contact Us pages a guide will be able to help you with that"

Give that a try.
