Thanks Neil
That has got BT Cloud working again, but it has taken me back to the earlier version 22.12.11
Thanks
Mark
Hi , 2nd November Just had a message saying BT Cloud updated to 22.12.33 no warning or choice , no email notification of changes ?
Mine has also stopped working , rebooted Laptop and BT Cloud is broken just shows "Unexpected error"
Will try to uninstall and load previous version as per earlier reply but am guessing that it will auto update again ?
Add my vote to this:
BTCloud 22.12.33 keeps crashing with an error message "An error occurred"
I re-installed 22.12.11 (the last version) and it worked for a while, until it auto updated to 22.12.33; which promptly crashed 😞
So 22.12.33 is a faulty version.
I'm running Windows 11
Please fix this fault
Thanks
Martin
Uninstalled, downloaded from https://www.bt.com/cloud/download but this is now giving version 22.12.33
Same issue "Unexpected error" and not syncing.
Tried logging in to My BT from home page but getting error message website taking to long to respond.
Manage to log on to BT Cloud via browser and option to download desktop app is also 22.12.33
Is there a problem with the BT Network ?
Hopefully this can be fixed quickly or revert to previous version that was working
Thanks Ian
Same here, the app updated itself to .33 without asking, and now doesn't work, 'An error occurred, the application cannot continue and will be paused'.
Might have been a good idea to test this version before rolling it out, BT?
This is what I get when trying to login through a browser. A direct link to a video I shared a couple of weeks ago still works though.
I powered my Laptop on and BT Cloud updated to 22.12.33. Created a couple of files and they uploaded. It was only when I looked in the Forum that I saw others were having problems.
So I powered up my Windows 10 Desktop and it duly updated BT Cloud. Ran Belarc and it uploaded the pdf file o.k. Checked on the Laptop and it had downloaded there.
Laptop is running Windows 11 22621.2428 and Desktop (RTLs_A97LE_PC) is running Windows 10 19045.3570.
I can also log into the Cloud on a browser--no problem there. I only use Sync with BT Cloud.
I will try my other two desktops which are also on Windows 11 tomorrow but so far it all seems o.k.
Steephill,
I used - https://btcloud.bt.com/ for login page , entered Id & Password and got error message below, clicked on the down arrow on the far right , this brought up a option "Sign In" clicked on that and it signed me in .
Still can't login to My BT to see bill or manage accounts and BT Cloud Desktop still showing error and not syncing
