All seems to be working OK for me although, to be fair I have only grabbed the documents I wanted and have not spent much time on the cloud.

the android smartphone app:
I uninstalled and then re-installed it on my Samsung S21, but when I try to set up the application, all I get is a spinning "booting up" symbol. Gets no further.
Been running for the last couple of days and all seems to be working and stable. Many thanks for resolving.
@Mattstreet .Not sure if this helps, but I’ve got an older Android phone running Android 10. And it seems to be running okay. The BT Cloud Android App was fairly recently updated to v22.12.97.
Samsung Galaxy S23+ running 22.12.97 is working fine.

Mattstreet, when the fault originally occurred did you change anything on your Samsung S21 that would require a large amount of syncing?
Also, is your phone the only device you have with the BT App on?

No, not at all. Same device. I then tried completely un-installing and re-installing. And it just hangs on the initial start up. I can't proceed beyond that. Very frustrating.

FYI - I called up BT once they had closed my UN1 error complaint and asked them what compensation I was due for the Cloud Service outage. They nearly gave me the "it's a free service and we don't normally give compensation" speil but, in the end, offered me a month's credit on my broadband bill, which I agreed to. Hopefully you all get a similar result.
