My BT app
Hi. I am new to BT and I've been trying all day to access my account through the Internet and app. Its saying I don't have an account which I do. I've followed the steps on screen and still nothing. Can someone help me

Have you set up a BTID and password?
Are you able to access your MyBT using a web browser logging on here MyBT
