The app is no longer working. It requested that I update it through play store however, even after doing so, I am still getting the same message. I have uninstalled twice and downloaded again with the same result. I can now no longer control hub access.
Whats gone wrong with the bt app? Absolutely no sense, tells you it has been updated, so go to store to update, BUT ITS ALREADY THERE...No option to update just open or uninstall.....stupid..even tried to uninstall and reinstall but nope same silly nonsense message

If you need to access your MyBT account in the meantime you can do this on a web browser via the MyBT website

After the latest update, it asks me to log in which it accepts, then asks to input a pin twice which appears to except, but then the app shuts down. I have uninstalled it several times and reinstalled it, but still shuts down. I have an iPhone 13 and iPad Pro, both have latest IOS 15.5, and both have same problem. Before the update it was working fine.
Works for my mobile - it is an Android.
Worth asking the question - does the fix or patch work for the iPhone/iPad community?
