Hi, I can’t get into Norton Password Manager because I don’t know what my vault password is or how to change it. I’ve followed the instructions carefully, and every variation of the process I’ve seen in this community and by googling. Whatever I do, I get to a page that tells me to enter my vault password or my PIN code. The pin code isn’t set up, and nor is the vault password. I’ve read instructions about activating the account, going back into MyBT to change the password etc. However none of these options appear to me. I’m trying to installl and activate this using my iPhone and iPad. Any help would be much appreciated. It would also be good to know if others are experiencing the same, so that I know it’s not just me. Many thanks Steve
Hi, @SteveD55 welcome to the community and thanks for posting. I'm sorry to see you're experiencing problems, are you following these steps to activate the Norton Password manager
You can download and install Norton Password Manager via My BT. To do this:
Once installed, on the Norton Password Manager screen:
You must create a strong password and remember this to be able to access your vault in future.
