Xbox GamePass

Hi

I had GamePass from BT for about 9 months.  I cancelled it on the 14/Jul/23

I received an email saying.

'We've stopped your monthly subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate, but you'll still be able to use it until 07 Aug 2023.'

However if i log into GamePass app on my phone it says my subscription is still active and managed by BT and expires on '11/09/23'.  

My subscription is still working but surely should have expired by now?

Firstly  I'm a bit uncomfortable having access to a subscription that should have expired.

Secondly I would like my GamePass to be back under my Microsoft account, I assume this will happen automatically when they don't think i have a BT subscription.

Any idea how I should proceed?

I've spoken with the help desk and they have said its no longer active so cant help me

'We've stopped your monthly subscription to Xbox Game Pass Ultimate which was working till 07 Aug 2023, we are no longer holding your Xbox services and you would not get charged from us for Xbox until you add it again on your account.'

But when i've spoken with xbox they have said BT haven't yet revoked the subscription.

'Upon checking here, the subscription from BT needs to revoked the plan on your account so you can avail the normal subscription, as I am seeing here, it is not yet revoked.'

I think ive seen similar posts on this forum but im not sure how they were resolved.

I'm not really sure how to proceed.
