The apps work fine but blank screen
I have had the same problem in the past, eventually I did a soft reset keeping any recordings, but in short term is to unplug power lead from back of the box plug it back in and that should work..
Whatever setup you have doesn't seem to be passing multicast to the box.
Tried all that it doesn't work the unplugging and restarting I mean
What is multicast to the box?
It's the network protocol that BT use to deliver channels via the EPG.

I am sorry you're seeing error IPC6023. This error relates to Multicast which is the technology used to deliver the IP channels. Can you post back and explain your home set up please? Do you have the pro box wired direct into your Smart Hub?

So the pro box is wired direct to the hub.
The apps work fine on the box.
Like the Now app is working fine
But if I pick a Now channel off the tv guide it shows the error code.
