Why is my email and password not recognised to view now Tv?

Thanks for posting about your Now TV problem. Have you registered separate Now TV accounts? Did you have Now TV before taking out a package?

I am having the same issue..
I do have a Now account but registered to a different email address. Have tried signing in with my BT log in name and password on new devices and get an error saying the username and password aren't recognised.

I am sorry for the problems you guys are having accessing the NOW content. When you both placed your TV orders you'd receive an order confirmation email. On that email, there is a link to Now's website to create/reset your passwords.
Do you both want to have a go at that and let me know how you get on please?
