Stuck on Let’s get started.
Turned on my BT box today and the Let’s get started screen appears. The aerial is connected but I can’t progress any further. Tried a remote control reset (home + 9, then home + 7) no change. Tried a few reboots, no joy.

Hi @Sdgardner welcome to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry to see you're having trouble with your BT TV box. I'd recommend trying a reset using the buttons on the box. Reply back and let me know if that helps.

Hi Neil, I’ve moved on to maintenance mode screen with a list of reset options. However, I can’t select any using the remote.

Thanks, @Sdgardner Have you tried these steps?
- Switch power off by removing the power cable
- Press and hold the reset button on the right-hand side of the box
- Plug the power cable back in whilst still holding the reset button – continue to hold the reset button down, do not release it yet
- Within three seconds press and hold the power button on the front of the box and hold both buttons
- Release both buttons a few seconds after the BT logo appears on the TV screen

@NeilO Yep, that’s what brings up the maintenance mode/reset menu.

@BillyM Tried that, ended up calling BT. It’s terminal, new box on the way.
