I’ve been watching the cricket on the app on our Pro tv box too. Hopefully the problem will be resolved quickly, but it would be interesting to know if the problem is with BT or NOW/Sky, given that the app feed is working.

There's an issue with the NowTV feed that is supplied using multicast, it's been reported and will be fixed as soon as possible.
You have all the same content available through the app, if you login to the NowTV app on the Youview box, the content works.
