Am on Virgin Media, & Broadband. My phone will plug in to my hub can make outbound calls, not inbound the phone does ring. Need my phone to work both ways.
Hi @Cpipka If you are on Virgin broadband it is impossible to have BT Retail Digital Voice!

The OP hasn’t really provided enough information to make a proper judgement, but I suspect they were a BT customer ( otherwise why on earth would they post here ) and have now taken VM services and VM have supposedly ported their number number from BT , outgoing calls work OK , but incoming calls don’t …if that the case it’s Virgin they need to be speaking to .
Yes Am a BT landline only customer. Will contact them for advice and VM too. Need my phone.
