Received today a general email about digital voice changeover.
We have a Tado heating control system which plugs into the Ethernet port on the back of our hub.
Where does the phone plug in to the hub after the digital voice switchover? As far as I can remember we have only one port and I need that to control our heating system.
The initial email from BT is lengthy but doesn’t seem to cover this. Nor could I see any reference to this in the FAQs.
Thank you.

If it’s a Smart Hub2, there are still 4 lan ports and a separate phone socket.
From the FAQ
The green socket at the rear of the Hub acts as an analogue converter and can be used to plug in either a traditional corded analogue phone or a third party DECT base station if required.
if the email you got is the same as the one i had 18 months ago ,it says you can order an adaptor and or dv handset , the adaptor plugs in to am electric wall socket and your old phone plugs in to the top
