Essential phones not working, message "no link to hub". Moved phone closer to hub still nothing. Solid blue light on hub . Help please.

try resetting the phone and pairing with hub again
you can go to hub manager 192.168.1.254 into address bar and once in hub manager select phone number and you can pair phone from there

Thanks tried it but didn't work. Selected phone number, then register device but no change to message on phone. Any other ideas? I've got to wait a week for an engineer to visit!!

As a workaround, you can plug an analogue phone or DECT base station into the green socket at the rear of the hub.

did you go to phone then menu then phone settings then reset before trying to pair with hub again. I would also turn phone off after reset then back on again then try and pair with hub
