I have just been swapped to BT digital voice. My Gigaset C300 works OK (including caller recognition) when plugged into the Smart Hub 2. However caller recognition does not work if the phone is plugged into the Digital Voice Adapter V2. Any suggestions?

Yes I can call out and receive incoming calls. Problem is that caller recognition does not work when using the adapter
Read the link I posted, there does not appear to be a solution.
