Here is an idea.

I find out by pure accident that the broadband talk service is due to be withdrawn.

Well thats really great another winner for customer relations. When had you planned to tell me the day you cut

it off?

The mind boggles. BT must be the worst run company in the whole world.

Haven't spend the last hour on the phone to an indian call centre about setting the broadband talk password and all he kept suggesting after many long breaks to talk to his manager was take the battery out! WTF!

If BT wasn't in it dominant position it is in it would have gone but years ago.

Get it right BT and give your foreign call centres the push and how about a phone system that you don't have to be passed through a hundred different departments and wait forever to get things done. No! your website doesn't let you do it that is why I'm call you !!

Broadband Talk was a good product and it doesn't really make any sense to dump it, but I guess it didn't have enough customers.

Not an exact replacement but SmartTalk may be something to look at.
