Hearing impaired

There are thousands of hearing impaired and deaf people here in the UK.

I am unable to understand what is being said when speaking to a Asian or Scottish person.

Its not their fault they have these strong accents and I am not attempting to be racist in any way but I just can't understand a word they are saying.

Is it possible for BT to have plain clear English speaking operators for the hearing impaired?

BT have said.

We'll give you help closer to home with our UK call centres: Our customers have told us they prefer to speak to someone in the UK when they call. That's why we already answer more than half our calls here. But we're not stopping there. By the end of this year, we'll be answering 80 percent of calls in the UK.

Why does BT make it so hard for the hearing impaired to send them a simple email?
